is a feeling like vertigo,
i.e., the strange will to jump,
crack
and spill
my head against the pavement
instantaneous
death, to die
though not wanted, is a permanent
escape
this feeling I have
that experts call
illness
is painfully pressing
and restrictive like a
vice
(of which i have many).
